Low Profi le Lift Tables Electro-Hydraulic 1000 kg
The low-built
of static electro-hydraulic lift tables are specially made for mounting
without a pit. The lift tables are built-up with solid steel plates for
highest strength and reliability. These low-noise lift tables have a separate
hydraulic power pack (IP54) which is positioned next to the lift table.
According to EN1570 and ANSI/ASME standards. Capacity is 1000 kg.
Low
Profile Lift Table with Ramp - the low profile lift tables achieve
a low closed height, eliminating the need for a pit installation. Lowered
height is only 85 mm. The moveable ramp is included.
U-shaped
Low Profile Lift Table - the U-shaped lift table is specially
made for handling of standard pallets together with a hand pallet truck.
No need for a pit or ramp, lowered height is only 85 mm.
Standard
Design and Safety: Low-built and compact single scissor made
of solid steel plates. Maintenance-free pivot bushings. Removable lifting
eyes (4x) for easy handling and installation of the lift table. Mechanical
safety stops for safe maintenance. Large safety clearance between the
scissors to avoid injuries and unsafe lowering. Double lift cylinder with
internal drainage. Safety valve to stop lowering of the platform in the
case of a hose burst. Low-noise power pack with built-in overload valve
and fl ow compensated valve for controlled lowering speed. The upper platform
has a safety unit on all sides with safety switches, to avoid lowering
onto obstructions or operators. Separate standing AC power pack with control
unit (24V) of European make, including up-down/emergency buttons. Cable
for 3-phase connection (380V/16Amp), 3 m long.
